There are a few reasons you may not be receiving your daily prayer reminder emails. Please work through the steps below in order:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder to see if the email was filtered there.

2. Make sure prayer reminders are turned on

Your email notifications may have been turned off. To check your settings:

1. Open the BLESS App.
2. Go to More.
3. Select Notifications.
4. Select Email Settings.
5. Make sure Prayer Reminders are turned on.

3. Add our email address to your safe sender list

Your email provider may be filtering or blocking our emails. This can sometimes happen even if you were receiving our emails previously.

Add website@blesseveryhome.com to your email provider’s safe sender or contacts list.

If your email provider has been blocking our emails, you should begin receiving them again once you add us to your safe sender list.
