How do I change my address?
Please note: Because your BLESS List is created around a specific address, you cannot simply update the address on an existing list.To change your address, you’ll need to create a new BLESS List around your new address.
Once you’ve created the new list, you can either delete your old BLESS List at your previous address or leave it there.
1. Open the mobile app.
2. Click the More tab on the bottom navigation bar.
3. Select your name.
4. Select My BLESS Lists.
5. As stated above, you will need to create a new BLESS List at your new address. To do this, click the “Add a BLESS List” button and enter your new address. Once your new list has been created, you can either delete your old BLESS List at your previous address or leave it there.
If you are having trouble finding your address, please make sure you are entering it exactly as it appears in Google, since our system is connected to Google Maps.If you are still unable to locate your address, please submit a help ticket including the address you are trying to use and we would be happy to help you add your address.
6. Once you have selected your address, click "Add my neighbors."
7. This will create a new BLESS List around your new address and take you to the home screen for that list. At this point, you can either leave your old BLESS List as it is or delete it.
8. To delete your old BLESS List, repeat the previous steps: click the More tab, select your name, and then select My BLESS Lists.
9. On this screen, press and hold the BLESS List for the address you would like to delete.
10. You will be prompted to enter your password. Once you do so, your BLESS List at this address will be deleted.
11. If you wish to leave your old BLESS list, you can switch between the two lists at the same place.
